I produced this video which was projected as a site-specific installation at the San Jose Institute of Contemporary Art. For this series of video installations, Interior Dislocation, I constructed scale models of the ICA lobby and documented with time-lapse videos as the model rooms underwent dramatic transformations, including flooding and crystals growing up the walls.

Finally, I project the videos, on a large scale, back onto the gallery walls at the ICA. The shifts in scale render the simple materials otherworldly and disorienting. In this way I hope to create a viewing experience that disrupts the perceived reality of time and space, thus challenging the viewer to engage with the sensory experience of the moment.
